We want to be able to help someone else out who needs a place to live, while helping ourselves with bills. We are all very friendly and get along with pretty much everyone. We don't party, and we keep to ourselves. We don't really care what you do, just as long as you are quiet at night (I go to work early), don't bring in any illegal stuff, and don't trash our home. Keep messes in your room, and out of common areas. If you have visitors, just give us a heads up first. Room will be partially furnished. We're in a relaxed and friendly environment. We're looking for a somewhat long term roommate, but want to do a monthly lease the first few months to make sure we can live together.
